4. Auction Participation

4.1 Bidding Requirements

4.2 Bidding Process

• Photos must accurately represent the items;
• Prohibited items cannot be listed (illegal goods, weapons, etc.);
• We reserve the right to remove any inappropriate content.

6. Copyright and Intellectual Property Rights

• All content, trademarks and data on this platform are the property of or licensed to VSAuctions.
• This includes software, databases, text, graphics, icons, hyperlinks, and designs.
• Users are not granted a license or any other right to the content.

All disputes with VSAuctions shall be settled by arbitration conducted in English. The unsuccessful party shall pay all costs incurred by the successful party.

• Remove listings that violate our guidelines;
• Refuse service to any user at our discretion;
